They don’t pay attention to what I ask. Most people are not very happy here. Last week when it was cold the heaters wee not working

I,d like some physio. I’m stuck on my chair & hoist so cannot move.

Food is quiet good, and able to see doctor when requested

I would like more physio. I was hoping to have been walking by now, but haven’t. I feel we are sitting here for long while and not doing a lot. Woul like more activities.

This service is 9/10, completely satisfied with this service. I feel safe about what happening to me here. Members of staff are doing their upmost best to see that we’re doing well. They respond to the care alarm very quickly
